Shipping methods & delivery times

  • Standard Australia Post: 3–7 business days from dispatch.

  • Express Australia Post: 1–3 business days from dispatch.

  • International (tracked): delivery time varies by destination; estimated at 7–21 business days from dispatch.

Shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on chosen shipping method, parcel weight and destination.

  • Free standard shipping applies to orders over the specified threshold shown on the website.

Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear on the carrier’s site.

Address changes & failed deliveries

  • Please review your address carefully at checkout. If you need to change your delivery address after ordering, contact our Customer Support immediately. We will attempt to update the order if it has not yet been dispatched.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.

International orders

  • International customers are responsible for any customs, duties or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for full-price items, provided items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Sale, final clearance or personalised items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

  • Swimwear and underwear must be returned with hygiene liners intact.

Faulty items

  • If your item is faulty, please contact Customer Support within 30 days of delivery with photos and order details. Faulty items will be refunded or replaced at no cost, including return postage where applicable.

How to return

  1. Contact Customer Support to request a return authorisation. Include your order number and reason for return.

  2. Pack the items securely in original packaging where possible.

  3. Attach the return label provided (if issued) or post to the return address supplied by Customer Support.

  4. Keep proof of postage until your refund or exchange is processed.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the returned items are received and inspected. Allow up to 10 business days from receipt for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

  • If you selected express shipping and are refunded, the refund will not include extra shipping fees unless the return is our responsibility.

Exchanges
